By downloading, installing, or using PersonalCapsule, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
PersonalCapsule is a personal journaling application that allows you to record decisions, goals, memories, and letters, and revisit them at a later date. The app stores data locally on your device and optionally syncs via Apple iCloud.
You retain full ownership of all content you create in PersonalCapsule. We do not access, view, or use your content in any way. You are solely responsible for the content you create within the app.
PersonalCapsule offers a free tier with a limited number of capsules. A one-time lifetime purchase unlocks unlimited capsule creation. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
PersonalCapsule syncs data via Apple iCloud when available. However, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, iCloud issues, or any other circumstances. We recommend keeping your device backed up regularly.
PersonalCapsule is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. The app is not a substitute for professional advice in decision-making, mental health, or any other domain.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or content.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Changes will be posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
